What do VIP Tickets include?
Early entry, dedicated VIP fast check-in, access to VIP lounge with seating, private bar, VIP restrooms, phone charging stations, and locally curated bites.

Are shows All Ages?
Please check the event listing for age restrictions. Note that for events limited to 21 and over, you must provide valid I.D. to enter and must be over the age of 21! All ages means that there are no age restrictions and anyone can attend. We ask that anyone under the age of 14 is accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Will there be seating?
Unless an event is noted as being “seated” or “Partially- seated” Oodalalee is standing room only. For further details please visit our Accessibility page.
Is there Parking?
Street parking is available in the neighborhood or grab a spot in one of the many paid lots nearby. We have partnered with SpotHero to make parking as convenient as possible, use code CROCOHERO10 for 10% off*. Save money and the planet by taking advantage of Seattle's public transit. Accessibility
Accessible Viewing: Oodalalee strives to be accessible to all of our patrons and music fans. Accessible viewing areas will be available in both all ages and 21+ areas. These accessible viewing areas are for guests who use wheelchairs, have significant mobility disabilities, or have difficulty standing for long periods of time. Banquet-style folding chairs are available upon request. Contact us in advance at accessibility@thecrocodile.com to confirm viewing space and a chair if needed.
Accessible Restrooms: All restroom areas have a number of ADA accessible toilets and handwashing stations.
Prescription Medicines and Special Dietary Needs: All prescriptions must have a prescription label. Your photo ID must match the name on the prescription label. If a patron has special medical or dietary restrictions, a personal amount of food or drink may be allowed. Please contact us in advance so that we can ensure smooth entry with your items.

Sun Glasses, sun hats, sunscreen, small handheld fans, gum, empty water bottles up to 24 oz
What if I sell my ticket?
The purchaser must contact Ticketweb customer service prior to the day of show, and they can change the name for you. If you can’t get in contact with Ticketweb customer service please bring a copy of the purchaser's driver’s license, and a note saying that you are authorized to pick up the tickets.
Can I bring my camera?
Cameras with detachable lenses are not permitted without prior approval from the venue/artist

Are tickets refundable?
All sales are final unless the show is canceled. No exceptions will be made.
What time should I arrive?
Door times are listed on the calendar or your ticket for each event. Check our calendar and social media pages for posted set times.
Can I smoke?
NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind on Pier 62 will be strictly enforced. If you are removed for smoking or vaping your ticket is nonrefundable.
Will there be re-entry?
Re-entry will not be permitted.
Will there be water stations?
Yes, water stations will be available on site.
Since this is outside can I bring my pet?
Sorry, No pets allowed.
What is considered valid ID in Washington?
Identification MUST be valid (not expired) and show:
• The bearer's date of birth
• The bearer's signature (except US Military ID – see below)
• A photograph of bearer
• Expiration Date (except tribal ID)
Types of acceptable ID:
• Driver’s License, Instruction Permit, or I.D. Card issued by any U.S. State, U.S. Territory and District of Columbia
• Driver’s License, Instruction Permit, or I.D. Card issued by any Canadian Province
• Valid Washington State Temporary Driver’s License must be combined with an expired valid ID meeting above requirements.
• U.S. Armed Forces I.D. Card (Encrypted signature acceptable)
• Merchant Marine I.D. Card issued by the U.S. Coast Guard
• Official Passport, Passport Card, NEXUS Card
• Washington State Tribal Enrollment Card (No expiration date required)
• Global Entry Card
• Permanent Resident Card
Will food be available?
Yes, we will have food and concessions available for purchase inside.

BACKPACKS OR LARGE BAGS OVER 12” X 12” X 8”

WEAPONS OF ANY KIND
Including Firearms, pocket knives, leatherman, pepper spray, tear gas, handcuffs, stun guns, wallet chains, studded belts, etc.
SKATEBOARDS, ROLLERBLADES, BIKES, ETC.
ANIMALS/PETS (EXCEPT SERVICE ANIMALS)
AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING EQUIPMENT
Drones, balloons, beach balls or related items, laser pens or pointers, noisemaking devices, whistles, air horns, poles/sticks to display flags, banners, large signs, pamphlets, fliers, handbills (unless previously approved) OR ANY other item deemed inappropriate or dangerous by Venue Management.
WEAPONS ARE NOT ALLOWED, REGARDLESS OF ANY LICENSES OR PERMITS. THIS INCLUDES FIREARMS, KNIVES, OR ANY ITEM DETERMINED TO BE POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS BY OUR SECURITY STAFF AND/OR MANAGEMENT.
PATRONS WHO ATTEMPT TO BRING PROHIBITED ITEMS INTO OUR VENUES WILL BE ASKED TO RETURN THEM TO THEIR VEHICLES.
IF YOU ARE EJECTED FOR BRINGING A PROHIBITED ITEM YOUR TICKET IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
Code of Conduct:
Oodalalee is for everyone. It is a safe place to gather, share and celebrate art. It is not a place for inappropriate, disruptive, or abusive behavior.
Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to:
Abusive or discriminatory behaviors related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, or religion
Behavior that is boisterous, lewd, disruptive or containing offensive or threatening language or conduct.
Deliberate intimidation
Harassing photography
Sustained disruptions
Inappropriate physical contact
Visibly intoxicated patrons, performers, or staff
Illegal drugs or outside alcohol
Possession of a weapon or any item that can be used as a weapon, which may be used to threaten or cause injury to others if used in a certain manner
Smoking or vaporizing any substance inside of the venue
Unwelcome sexual attention
Failing to obey applicable laws and regulations or any rules or regulations of the event and event venue, including destroying or vandalizing property and materials
Sharing your individual event credentials (e.g. stamp-swapping, passing wristbands, etc.) with other individuals
All staff, performers, and audience members agree to this code of conduct when they enter Oodalalee. Violators are subject to removal from the venue without the opportunity for a refund. If you experience or witness a violation of this code of conduct speak to any staff member immediately.
We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone.
